    Siamo arrivati e siamo stati accolti dal personale disponibilissimo. La camera che abbiamo prenotato oltre ad essere accogliente era anche pulita e accessoriata. La posizione dell’hotel è comoda se si viene dall’autostrada ed esterna alla ztl; anche a piedi il centro è facilmente raggiungibile. La colazione perfetta. Nessuna nota negativa.

    Luxury room in the annex adjacent to main building. Wooden floors, brick faced wall and wide comfortable bed. Fabulous bathroom with large double shower with extra power jet. Hotel set above Florence with 25 minute pleasant walk to centre but also on the bus route. The hotel is set in its own beautiful gardens with private parking. Free wi-fi.
    On the whole the staff were delightful and spoke very good english. There are no evening meals and we had a slight problem with a temporary receptionist’s attitude when getting a drink at the night bar. However the manager and receptionist sorted this out with no fuss the following day. The breakfast was good and we would not hesitate recommending a stay.

    If there is one thing that comes to mind when this hotel is brought up, it is my wife telling me how much we had to walk in Florence. You are about 1.5 miles from the Ponte Vecchio, just outside of the city walls. Even if you drove to the city and parked outside, you are only about 10 minutes closer.
    As for the hotel, perfect. The service was great, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast outside on the terrace is welcoming and tasty. I must say, we were very happy with this hotel. If you drive, you can stay here and then just walk a bit to the city. You are not very close to any restaurants, but with a 20 minute walk, you are in the city center. Remember that after dinner – you can walk off your calories!
    We are returning to Florence in the near future and will be staying here again.
